Joint Stock Company «Concern «Granit-Electron» is one of the major forefront R&D and original equipment manufacturer in Russia which produces radio electronic warfare systems and information management systems for Naval Forces. JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» is the Federal R&D and manufacturing centre which has been included in the list of the Russian national strategic and systemically important enterprises of the Russian Federation.
Over decades JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» develops and produces conceptually advanced warfare systems. Dozens of unique complexes has been commissioned to Naval Forces. Virtually all types of warships are equipped with warfare systems of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron», most notably missile carrier «Petr Velikiy», aircraft carrier «Admiral Kuznetsov», large anti-submarine ship «Admiral Chabanenko», advanced frigates, corvettes as well as shore-based objects. Strategic ballistic missiles submarines such as «Akula», «Yasen», «Borey», «Lada» are equipped with automatic radar stations of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» with advanced long range target detection performances providing safe navigation and efficient combat missions.
For creation of new types of original equipment, the enterprise is awarded with the Russian Federation Government Awards: the Order of Lenin and two Orders of Labor Red Flag.
Simultaneous development of fire control and target designation systems allows the Concern to unify technical solutions, create the integrated radio electronic systems, and in accordance with the modern requirements for combat mission, make a transition from local systems to integrated complexes of the ship of ASM-ASW type (anti-ship missiles — antisubmarine warfare).
