Intellectual property of Concern

Concern «Granit-Eleсtron» won the third place in the competitive nomination «The best enterprise in the organization of work in the field of intellectual property and the use of the results of intellectual activity in the defense industry in the region».

The results for 2021 of the all-Russian contest «For contribution to intellectual property development» were summed up within the framework of the Forum «Intellectual Property Days in the north-west federal district».

JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» is active in patenting, ensuring protection and defense of its developments, inventions, and programs. Such work contributes to increasing the enterprise’s intellectual property, as well as motivates young specialists to R&D work and generation of new ideas in the domestic instrumentation industry.

It should be noted that the number of applications for registration of intellectual property objects at the enterprise doubled in 2021 compared to 2020. Currently, JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron» possesses exclusive rights to more than 200 intellectual property objects, mainly in IT, as well as to 10 trademarks and service marks used to designate its products and services.

This is the result of many years of enterprise work in the field of fundamental and applied research, as well as practical design and implementation of modern technologies when creating high-tech products.

Patent department of the company is headed by Vyacheslav Turenko, Candidate of Technical Science, vice-president of the regional public organization «Saint-Petersburg board of patent attorneys».

Awarding ceremony was held on April 18, 2022 in the St. Petersburg State University of Economics. The event was organized by the Association of Russian technology and innovation support centers, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) in the north-west federal district and the «Federal institute of industrial property».
