Microelectronic modules are produced by thin-film technology with the usage of polycrystalline ceramic substrates and unpackaged elemental base. The case is made of titanium with capsulation providing the preservation of dry, clean gaseous medium during the whole time of operation. Lack of external effects influence (humidity, sea mist, mould and so on) to electrical characteristics of the modules, good heat abstraction from electro elements due to high thermal conductivity of polycrystalline ceramic substrate, usage of solder joints inside the modules provide high operational reliability.
Each of the modules is a complicated radio technical device and due to integration high operational reliability and better electrical characteristics are reached in comparison to the set of simple modules united in one device by cable or waveguide joints.
