Nowadays, 42 candidates of engineering and 5 doctors of engineering work in JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron». Concern employees attend additional professional training (qualification improvement). They also have an opportunity to enter the graduate schools of reference universities: Baltic State Technical University «VOENMEH» named after D. F. Ustinov, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation (SUAI).
Special joint doctoral dissertational council functions in Concern. This council certificates candidate’s and doctoral dissertations in such areas of study like 2.3.1. «System analysis, data control and processing» and 2.2.16 «Radar-location and radio navigation». In 2022, the council passed recertification in State Commission for Academic degrees and titles of Ministry of Education of Russian Federation.

Korzhavin, Scientific Leader of JSC «Concern «Granit-Electron», doctor of engineering, professor, Full-fledged member of Russian academy of electro-technical science and Saint Petersburg academy of engineering, honored developer of Russian Federation, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Missile and Ammunition Sciences.
