Digital computing modules and the production technology

The set of electronic modules for organization of control systems operating in real time mode in hard environments.

The design is «Euromechanics-3U» with installable metal heat dissipating plates and slot-and-wedge clips that provide advanced mechanical resistance and conductive heat dissipation.

Heightened requirements for the implemented electronic components, small-sized strong structure and the special coating on the basis of polymeric materials provide modules guaranteed operating capacity in wide temperature range in different climatic and mechanic conditions and in contact with corrosive organic and inorganic media.

The set of modules includes: universal computing modules with both IBM PC compatible architecture (x86-compatible processors) and RISC architecture (MIPS-compatible processors) with the possibility of operating in real time universal operating environments of QNX and VxWorks types; interface modules for operating with different serial channels including MIL-STD-1553B, RS-232 °C, RS-422, RS-485, ARINC-429, Ethernet 10Mbit; input/output modules for once-only commands/signals of different origin, the set of cross boards, system-dependent modules providing operation with non-standard interfaces and input-output lines.

The set of modules is supported with the group of mezzanine modules expanding universal calculators functionality without overall dimensions increase. The group of mezzanine modules includes interface mezzanine modules and input-output mezzanine modules.

On the basis of the presented set there have been build a number of devices and systems that have successfully passed the tests and are operating onboard objects in real conditions as well.
